My mother in law recently received a package in the mail, all it contained was a cheap boxed mobile phone and a packet of jaffas.
The invoice was from Brightpoint as per the image.
Is there some sort of promotion on? She isn't a Vodafone customer, and other than an invoice there was no information in the package.
Even at her age she is a little confused.....

That's confusing indeed since she's not a Vodafone customer. Can certainly get to the bottom of this, can I get you to send me an un-blurred copy of this invoice to onlinecare@vodafone.com (just have geekzone in the subject please), and I will follow up on this and get back to you.
