For Vodafone's latest unlimited data offering for mobile, they throttle data to 1.2Mbps after 30GB.

My question, how usable is data on a mobile at 1.2Mbps? Would it still offer an ok experience?

I ask because they also offer 40GB data for similar price, so not sure about unlimited option versus 40GB option.
