Anyone else had troubles with Prime over the past few weeks?
We have had interruptions to Prime reception several times. Sometimes heavily pixilated picture for a few hours, another time our T-Box hung during a recording of Brokenwood (restarted on that occasion).
Latest, the entire channel stopped working last Saturday (missed The Coroner :-( ) - just a black screen with a message indicated there was no signal.
Sunday night a CSR managed to get the picture back, but not the Guide, just "No programme information available." Today I rang from work, and another CSR said they needed us to tell them the serial number, which seemed an unusual request. The CSR changed her mind and she she had the number and had changed some more settings. Tonight we power cycled cable model and T-Box, but still no programme information for Prime. Other channels are fine.

Both CSRs indicated there were known faults with Prime, but I can't see anything in the forums here or at Vodafone. Anyone else had issues with Prime?

We don't want to get one of the new Vodafone TV devices, unless they have at least changed them so we can see what we are fast-forwarding. There's other issues too, although I suspect the Retention Team would get rid of the rental fee.

OK - Prime is promising to return tonight (appears to have been on holiday). "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert" is in the schedule. Wanted to record "Elementary", immediately before that. :-( Never mind, MythTV has offered to record Elementary for us. Vodafone will probably record everything for a while now. So will MythTV. Obvious question ... why keep paying for Vodafone?
