Yes, but it is not specific to XNet.  There are companies that does things like e-mail to SMS and also have plug-ins for Outlook etc.  There are a number of them overseas, but I think I have seen a few local ones.  It is usually a pre-pay system.  I was looking at it for a security alarm, but in the end decided on an IP camera that e-mails me.

However, since WxC already interfaces with Vodafone and the likes perhaps if the demand is high enough they would consider adding an SMS service?
