The phone just rang before. I picked it up and got a robot saying something like "hi, this is an important call from VF. If [my name] is available press 1, if not press 2."
I decided to hang up instead.
Is this a new thing VF are doing?

Next time when they ask for you, press 1 and find out.
And guess what's on the other side of that door?
Thanks, I wasn't sure if it was for real.
If they want to talk to me however, they will need to do get real human to do so. ![]()
Spark use this Journey too, but only for Callbacks requested by customers.
Would be weird to use it for say a credits related cold call like implied above.. As you did, people would hang up if they didn't request it...
Probably a number i'd never get to see but i'd love to see the Abandoned rate of that particularly calltype... (Credits autocaller..) I'm assuming it would be absurdly high...
