In order to better protect our customers from the global increase in SIM swap fraud, we have discontinued the ability to complete a SIM swap online through either the My Vodafone app, or the website. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

To complete a SIM swap, please visit your nearest Vodafone retail store with a photo ID, and our store representatives will be able to help.

If you’re unable to visit one of our stores, as an exception to the above policy, please call us on 777 or 0800 438 448 and our customer services team will be able to advice how to go about swapping your number to a new SIM card.

Cheers

Ahmed

I'd say that should be merged into this rather than the other way round, as this is a Vodafone staff member posting about it.

I'm a bit of a Cypherpunk, who believes information wants to be free and the Net interprets censorship as damage and routes around it. If you use my Quic signup you can also use the code R570394EKGIZ8 for free setup. Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.
