I have been trying to email VF concerning my home account.( cancellation actually)

the VF email address I have used is:

vodafonenz_customer_services@mailsy.custhelp.com

I want written confirmation that my instructions are both understood and will be actioned on the correct day.

Being a cynical old fella I suspect that this is an ploy to either ignore your order or force you to talk to them.

If anyone has other more productive email address's , I would appreciate it.

However: the response is

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch, you have come through to our Business Support Team. If you're looking for help or info about a personal Vodafone product or service, we've got all the details for you right here.

If not, and you need help with your Mobile or Broadband, chat to one of our team online between 9am-9pm, Monday to Friday. It's super simple, just head to our live chat assistant and follow the prompts.

Or if you have a question or need help with something else, then we can still help, just give us a call.

thanks
Your Team at Vodafone

Call them?

Chat to them online?

https://www.vodafone.co.nz/contact/

One would think one needs to actually speak to them regarding dissconnection as they would need to pin verify you.

Edit: saw you want a confirmation of what you want them to do.

Good luck.

I guess at the end of the day they are only as good as the network infrastructure owner and their contractor e.g. Chorus and Chorus contractors.

Edit2: if you did an online chat, you can save that.
