Hi Guys 

 

I just switched from ADSL to Fibre Max yesterday. I have connected my PC with SSD HDD and Cat6 cable link direct to Ultra hub and through Speedtest. DL always keep on 100M and UL around 100~150M. I have also try to connected my phone with 5G WIFI and getting similar speed. I thought Fibre Max DL should around 700~900M and UL should be around 400M. Is it because it needs time to get provision through Vodafone or Enable?

Have you seen the other threads on this very topic? Are you testing using just a normal web browser?

Dear John 

 

I did try with Windows app but I also getting same speed on my phone too. It looks like it got locked on Fibre 100M instead of Fibre Maxsmile

Sounds like a provisioning issue! @Shaunm from VodafoneNZ best to look into it

I have tested through Speedtest app through Win10 with ehternet cable CAT5E through my ASUS router and give me a impressive speed.wink
