Hi Vodafone human ninja's.

Are there any account managers(landline,mobile,internet) out there? Looking for one asap.

Not sure if this is the right thread but find it extremely painful to contact Vodafone business.

Not sure if Vodafone's account managers have a similar role as Spark's, but the Spark account managers do sales too and I'd recommend talking to them directly. I didn't realise this until I called my account manager to help as their 'business' customer service representatives are absolutely useless.

Edit: Should probably say that not all of their customer service representatives are bad and that we've received much better service from Spark than what we did with Vodafone.

If it's any consolation so far I've had one good Vodafone account manager out of 4 or 5.. rest are fvcking useless.

Don't do it. It doesn't get any less painful dealing with VF.

Glad it's not only me dealing with this issue!
Finally got whole of my account manager on Friday, was told I'd get something back by Friday cob or Monday the latest.... Still nothing.

I'm only trying to get services for 3 centre's, maybe it's a small job for them and they not interested? Who knows
