VF have just implemented a $3/month price increase for broadband even  for those that are on fixed contracts like me. They say if we wish to cancel our contract they will allow without penalty. I negotiated a good price some 5 months ago and was told that would apply for 12 months and be rolled to 24 months if I wanted.

Whilst the price increase isnt huge surely it goes against some sort of consumer law?

Vodafone say this price increase outside their control.
