I am currently on fusion with the torrent plan which has been great so far.  However since I have gone over the 75GB limit my torrents have dropped right off in speed, down to 3kbs from a reliable source when they should be going at least 200kb.

I thought this might only be an off peak issue so I put the downloads on during the day and I get the same issue.  I have rebooted the router multiple times etc but no change.  My web browsering etc is fine.

Just wondering is this something that xnet do once you go over the 75GB?  Is so why?
