After having a few issues with VoIP calls to Aussie I've realised these are now taking the long route - via Los Angeles and San Jose!

I know that in the past routing changes have been made for individual sites, is there anybody on here from TCL who is capable of reqesting these? Combined with the terrible performance over the past few months, price increases and ongoing issues such as terrible performance again tonight a move to ADSL does look tempting...
