After having a few issues with VoIP calls to Aussie I've realised these are now taking the long route - via Los Angeles and San Jose!

I know that in the past routing changes have been made for individual sites, is there anybody on here from TCL who is capable of reqesting these? Combined with the terrible performance over the past few months, price increases and ongoing issues such as terrible performance again tonight a move to ADSL does look tempting...

Domain is *.faktortel.com.au

If anybody's got any suggestions as to who I could contact please send me a PM.

I remember complimenting TCL on their fast international speeds in March.  I was getting fantastic speeds to Sydney:

Now, it's slow and horrible :-(
