Ran into an issue where I attempt to redeem my 1-year Netflix subscription on an existing Netflix account.
Everything progresses as normal but at the last stage the "Apply gift now" button errors and says "no offer available".
I contacted vodafone who suggested cancelling my membership (so my automatic billing stops) and then retrying, but the error persists.
Have tried both on phone and PC.
Any suggestions how to progress from here?
