Running or run a server before? Have a computer compromised on your network? Checked your IP reputation? Were you ever a TOR exit node?

This is a loaded question. There are many reasons for it but your IP reputation must be very low.

No to all. It becomes ok if iI reboot my router and get a new IP but then again after few hours or days I start getting CAPTCHA.

Turned out a lovely family member downloaded some dodgy content...

Removed that off the network and it went away.

You could try https://www.talosintelligence.com/reputation_center/ however I noted I just got a Cloudflare Captcha just before on my IPv4 address which is not on any blocklists.

@freitasm could check the Cloudflare logs to find out the real reason behind this. As I didn't get Captcha'd on any of my own sites I don't really know what may be causing this. I do however note that many of Vodafone's IP's are blacklisted currently which may have something to do with it (where my IP isn't).

I would need the Cloudflare Ray ID to check the logs for a transaction.

Old browser versions will do it. Some unknown/low usage browsers might too.

Have a look here Why do I see a captcha or challenge page (Attention Required) trying to visit a site protected by Cloudflare as a site visitor?

Even when using new IP address ranges I have not suffered this problem. So I would think it's a negative reputation thing.
