I am trying to change my parents connection over from fibrex to fibre and so far it has been over a month and it still has not happened. Last time I called voda support I got told it was with the transitions team and the team is small and busy. I am kind of over dealing with their support and getting told they are busy it has been well over a month and they do nothing. We are switching from fibrex to fibre 200 with 2 vodafone tv boxes and a cell plan the cell phone was switched early but the fibre is just beyond ridiculous. I mean it feels like they are just angry because we are switching from fibrex to true fibre because they are losing some money per month, either that or pure incompetence which wouldn't surprise me either. If is exactly why I personally left vodafone at the first possible chance I got. Any ideas or people from vodafone here who can help out? I know this is a bit ranty but voda is just the worst imo.

Can you cancel it completely and look to switch ISP?

These types of complaints about their customer service are fairly common around here.

Yeah I would if not for the voda tv/sky and cell phone especially as enable offers a free upgrade to fibre 200 but vodafone still charges for it.

Yes Enable did it a while ago so everything should be easy alas if appears to not be as easy as anticipated.

Another 3 weeks and still no joy. Has anyone ever had a good experience with Vodafone? I thought @Shaunm was sorting it out but I shouldn't ever be surprised with lack of action at Voda.

You would be far better off by signing up with another provider.

Yes I understand this but another provider doesn't offer vodafone tv that my father wants.

As in the newer small black box service.......................... you mean someone actively wants that? I know they have sorted lots of bugs of recent time, and there were many but really?

Yeah he thinks it sounds good through the marketing but vodafone are essentially rubbish as per usual. I know people on her were joking about low ball offers but you would have to pay me to take ownership from what I have experienced.

@JasonParis any chance on support here 2 months down the track and it appears as usual Vodafone is the worst company in the country to deal with.

Sorry about this - of course! Please drop me a note at Jason.paris@vodafone.com and I’ll get onto it. Thanks for your patience. And yes - the Voda TV platform is good and about to get even better in a couple of months time.
