Why can't I get a Red network plan which has internet only?  Why must it only come bundled with home phone plans?

Don't know - but they said that Naked DSL + Mobile plans could come before the end of the year.

Most people do want a home phone, but for some (who use VoIP, or just don't need it at all) it does seem a little more than necessary.
