Hi,

I would like to know how to deactivate voicemail feature in Vodafone prepay and onaccount if it's different.

I try to search Vodafone site and Geekzone but not successful so far.

Any helps welcome :)

Call customer services and ask them to turn off the Voicemail feature

I should call CS by my on-account phone then, I wonder would they charge $1 for deactivate voicemail feature on my prepay number. hmm..

Good case for them crediting it since you cant self manage it. And if they will not, kick up a stink about it. Its only $1 and vodafone could use all the bad press they can get at the moment.
