It only took 2 months and 20 days to get the service installed. (They advertise 3 business days)

Now the speed is 1/4 of what is promised. It was 110mbps down and 100mbps up yesterday

The Static IP address i had yesterday is now dynamic

And it takes 30 minutes to get anyone to speak to in the call center

and complaints that are supposed to be answered in 2 business days, take 20 days to get a reply

Also, what router are you using?

Test over Ethernet only.

Ethernet, hardwired to the Ultrahub, wireless turned off

Testing via fast.com, get the same results from speedtest.net
