I have been a TCL customer (triple play) for about 4 years now clocking up over $200/month these days.

Yet I just got a latter from them saying

"Dear xxx

We thought we'd get in touch with you, as someone who was previously with TCL, because we'd love to tell you what we've been up to lately."

bla bla bla!

Not a good look!

I got this letter as well, having been a customer with Clear, for ages, and an another account with Saturn.

The best thing was getting the next offer as I was one of their best customer and did I want a mobile phone with them as well.

Both addresses were the same, and I pay both bills regularly.
