Any IHUG staffers in here ? (Yeah right)
You don’t send me emails with my bills until I complain, then I get voicemail messages and letters threatening to cut my service……. I try calling but EVERYTIME I call I get put in a queue and a message saying “manage your account online etc” – how am I supposed to do that without a username/password for the online system ???
Over the past 36hrs I have spent a total of 2.5 hrs on hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone so I can pay my bill. But nope, noone ever does. A couple of those times a message has said the technical team are busy with calls, but never says anything about the accounts team being busy.
Im starting to wish I had never moved my phone account to IHUG, Ive had nothing but problems when it comes to billing etc……….
Id appreciate a call back so I can pay my bill but knowing the speed of responses from IHUG these days, you wont get this message for 5 days, take another 3 to reply and by that time my line will be cut off.
Yeah I'm pissed off, Ive had nothing but *&%^*(% from IHUG/Vodafone in the past month or so........ (thankfully Paul B managed to help with part of it so Ive got some hair left on my head)
