I'm wondering if anyone else here has the same problem. Recently got logged out of VTV app, tried to log back in but wont accept the login details. Is it because they've migrated to the new CRM system? I logged in via browser with my new login details and it doesnt show any registered devices for VTV now. Tried logging in on VTV after I saw that but it says that my device is already registered under another account. The problem is I cant de-register from the old TP2 account as it wont let me login under that through myvodafone anymore. Can someone point me in the right direction?

The right direction would be to call VodafoneNZ TV support

I had a similar issue and ended up working out that I needed to sign in with my mobile account log in as all my home and mobile accounts had been merged.

Tried using the new login but it says that my device is already registered with another account which I assume is the old account. Try using the login for the old account but it says it’s invalid. No use talking to the tech support team as they don’t answer your call.
