Prepay usage on the website is limited to 31 days max.  I 'need' to keep a full record of usage but occasionally for a variety of reasons it ends up more than 31 days between downloads with the result that I end up with gaps in the data.  I right PITA.

Is there any way to access older data without having to phone in and plead for the data (and no doubt pay a hefty fee)?

Having just returned from two near end-end trips overseas, I now find myself with a 14 day hole in my records :(.

VF - any possibility that the data limit could be extended?  Please!

Even if only to two months (largest gap I have is ~20 days), but ideally should be able to access at least 6 months usage data from the website.

Used to be the same problem in the early days of internet banking (only about 3 mths data available IIRC?).  But they have long since extended that out to 2 - 3 years.  Much more realistic.

The only way is to call in and pay $5 per page if over 31 days

They use to display zero usage so be happy with the 31 days

Linux: They use to display zero usage ...

True, but I have data going back to 2012 so that was a good while ago.

Its the though of contending with the VF phone system that is most daunting.

Sadly, it is even worse than suggested by Linux.  I managed to contact VF by live chat and was given a contact email address where I could request the missing data.  Unfortunately, there would be a  "one time" charge of $46 for the service!  That is a large sum to pay for 14 days of data

Not certain what the "one time" relates to.  I imagine if it happened again sometime in the future there would be another "one time" charge to pay.

At least the guy on the chat session has said that he will forward my "feedback to our dedicated team that the customers should be able to see the usage details for up to 60 days at least".

But  does not help in this instance.

Does anyone know how far back the Spark and 2degrees websites extend for Prepay users data?

2degrees records go back way way further for Prepaid as I understand @SaltyNZ should be able to confirm

Hi @DS248 - I work in the Digital team here at Vodafone, so I'll get this improvement added to our backlog & check in with our tech teams to understand what is possible. Appreciate the feedback!

Thanks Pippa.  It would make a big difference at what should be near zero ongoing cost.  30-31 days is much too short.  Always potential for missing data with only a month record available.
