Hi, I rightly or wrongly (bad smell starting to come out of computer) tried to sign up to HSI flood, as I wanted a good deal on FS/FS as I need reasonable upload to a clients server

But after 30min on phone line still no CSR, tried to signup online, but endless wait loop to go no where, web page is stalled.

Does Xnet still exist, or is it all smoke and mirrors.

Maybe I am better staying with xtra, atleast they answer the phone and the web pages to sign up work.

hmmmmmm, gettting worried

Hi cyril,

Sorry about the website, we've been having some ongoing issues with it in the evenings due to the box it's on getting heavily loaded (the script that generates data for the usage meters runs on the same box). We've just today begun migrating the usage feed to another box. Hopefully the normal website should clear up and get better over the next few days :).

Very happy, about 9pm last evening (about 24hrs after nathan contacted me) the modem resynced and then reported a ppp error, changed to new xnet login, cool. I am 3.2km of cable from the exchange, syncs at around 6200/820, I live less than 300m from a cabinet due for cabnetisation in 2yrs time so happy with my new connections use of the uplink till that next upgrade.
