Yes I remember that figure in the Surepay platform database!

 

Someone has changed something in the PSL (Prepay service layer) or in the online space as that figure should not displayed

Correct, it wasn't displayed before. Obviously someone changed a system and ignored or never thought of the unintended consequences...

 

Not how systems should be managed really.

Hi @freitasm, @linux - you're correct, a change was made in a backend system very recently that caused this issue in My Vodafone. It was discovered soon after it had been pushed to prod, through testing, and the teams are working on a fix with urgency. Thanks for your patience!
