Looking at daughter's prepay plan... This is one way of making "unlimited SMS" unlimited...

Yes I remember that figure in the Surepay platform database!

Someone has changed something in the PSL (Prepay service layer) or in the online space as that figure should not displayed

Correct, it wasn't displayed before. Obviously someone changed a system and ignored or never thought of the unintended consequences...

Not how systems should be managed really.

Hi @freitasm, @linux - you're correct, a change was made in a backend system very recently that caused this issue in My Vodafone. It was discovered soon after it had been pushed to prod, through testing, and the teams are working on a fix with urgency. Thanks for your patience!

Chorus has spent $1.4 billion on making their xDSL broadband network faster and even more now as they are upgrading their rural Conklins. If your still stuck on ADSL or VDSL, why not spend $195 on a master filter install to make sure you are getting the most out of your connection?

Hi @freitasm - are you able to sign in again and check your daughter's prepay usage? We rolled out a fix last night, so this issue should now be resolved. Please let me know if this is not the case. Thanks!
