One of my least favourite things about xnet (aside from four separate logins to get to various parts of the web site amenities) is the billing system. Like here I am wanting to pay this months bill and I can't, because it doesn't state anywhere on the site WHAT IT IS. It never does and it irritates me every single month. The main reason it irritates me so much is I get paid bi-weekly and I want to pay my bill as promptly after I get paid as I can.
Why isn't the total owed for this month visible somewhere? Why don't I get a bill via email (which I am signed up for) the day the account rolls over so I can pay it immediately?
Last month I paid it a couple days early and just paid a couple dollars extra. I don't recall getting a bill at all for that one via email or any other way.
So today I re-signed up for ebills just in case. Which still doesn't help me pay my current bill. Which I still don't know the total of. Which drives me crazy in case you guys didn't catch that from the rest of the post.
Am I missing something? A page where I can view this months invoice?
I don't even recall getting an ebill last month and I wonder if that's because I paid it a couple days early (estimating my usage based on the meter) just because of where my pay cheque fell at the end of the month. And I kind of thought xnet might owe me a dollar.
When do the rest of you guys get your bills/ebills for the months usage? O_o
