Hello Xnet,

Just wondering how long it usually takes for FriendxChange to be credited? I have referred a friend to Xnet back in June but I haven't yet received credits the program.

We did the online application together around the 27-28th of June, there was a field that asked for the referrer's name and phone contacts which I've included. The application has since been processed and he remains an Xnet customer today.

Could you please look into this for me? I can provide you our account details such as user names and phone number.

LOL I just got off the phone to WxC asking the same thing I'm told my one will come through in Nov !

From memory it is something about a month after the referred customer pays their first invoice or some such thing

Thanks for the post xlinknz. I'm about to refer a 2nd friend and like last time I'll be doing the setup and configuration for them.

My mate's been using his Xnet since July, so he'd have paid his 1st bill in August...

That's very helpful. I'm now in between 2-3 months, I should be waiting till end of September.

Could an Xnet staff reading the forum kindly take a look for me if things are in place? My partner enquired about it couple weeks ago while calling to pay the bill, they told her they had trouble finding records of my referal. It was the billing department.

I called customer care on 0800 123 123 and pressed 1 for accounts/billing

the lady confirmed to me that I will eventully get the credit I was expecting
