Hi,
I am thinking of signing up to World Exchange DSL and VOIP, and sorting out the hardware I will need.
I have a simple question about the AG310.  It only has one standard telephone jack, but we have multiple phones to connect.  The first thing that occurred to me was to use a simple generic adaptor so I can plug in multiple devices to the single port.  Will this work??  If not, what is the best alternative?  I am on a tight budget, so I am not keen on purchasing any more costly adaptors.
Thanks

Not entirely sure but using an adapter SHOULD work at least if it's not too many phones. The voltage will be fine as it will be connected in parallel but as for current I have no idea - best bet is to just try and see how many work on it at the same time?

There have been a lot of specials lately of cordless phone deals - 2 or 3 packs. So you plug the base into the AG310, and place a couple of cradles a round the house. Just avoid 2.4GHz models.

I have two phones working off my AG310, however only one (a corded phone) is plugged into my modem, with a cordless phone plugged into an "extension" plug from the corded phone. Works great! Smile
