im trying to get in touch with vfnz regarding my iphone, but i cant work out their phone system. I call the 0800 800 021 number, then i get told to put in my number, then i get asked for my pin number.... I dont have any pin number, and I dont know what this actually is. Does vodafone not have a regular 09 number or something for help?

They are meaning the PIN number that is set on your account. If you are an on Account customer this was set when you signed up for your account. If you are a prepay customer you were forced to enter one when you made the first voice call upon installing the SIM card in a handset.
