Over the last 2 months 4G coverage has basically disappeared for myself, my family and several of my friends in wellington central. We are all using iPhones. Is there some sort of technical issue in wellington causing Vodafone 4G to fail at present? Is anyone else encountering this?

Would switching to spark solve this issue?

Have you logged a fault with VodafoneNZ? They have deployed 5G in Wellington so could of impacted 4G that would need to be looked into

Edit: Provide them with information like location, Approx when issue started

Where exactly? "Wellington Central" is a large area.

Vodafone upgraded from memory about 19 sites in the CBD during Nov and Dec and added 700 4G to most of these as well which has improved their 4G coverage in the CBD.

I've noticed down the Lambton Quay end of town that 4G is now a lot better and actually usable now rather than my phone continually dropping back to 3G.

None of the sites up there were upgraded before Xmas as there is no 5G in that area.
