Hello world,

Today a friend of mine, who's staying in NZ complained about texts, sent from Vodafone NZ SIMs, not to arrive in the German e-plus network (262-03), while it works from Telecom handsets. Actually I've heard about this from several friends visiting NZ for years.

So why is there still no routing to a 12-years-old network in the western world with more than 10 million subscribers? Especially against the background of Vodafone having a sophisticated gloabl infrastructure, which should enable delivery to that network even without using SMS-hubbing-platforms of third-parties, it's strange that Vodafone NZ can't solve this.

So guys, maybe have a look at that before losing more customers.

regards,

e-plus germany block incoming sms from vodafone nz subscribers. Vodafone nz has tried many times to get this removed, this is even noted in the vodafone nz intranet. The subscribers on the e-plus network need to complain to there carrier. Vodafone nz does not block sms to any carrier we have roaming agreements with.

Thanks for that information. I'll forward that to affected eplus customers.

eplus is a network?without EDGE- and HSDPA-support anyway.

{MOD EDIT : SP : Insults removed}
