Hi everyone:

Does anyone here have any issues accessing stuff.co.nz, or the Itunes Music Store?

Apparently I was hit by the torrent issue that were affecting some oter people yesterday, and was informed it has been fixed today.  When I got home from work today and tested it at about 6:30pm everything appears fine.  However, from about 8:30pm onwards the problem seemed to have reappeared, but I'm now not even able to get to sites like stuff.co.nz or the IMTS..?

I've emailed Xnet help desk abot this (was communicating with James from tech support about my earlier problem), just wondering if anyone else seeing this problem?

Thanks.

I cant get to stuff MSN or windows update which is a problem when trying to build up the kids laptop.  Is this only an xnet issue or a general internet issue?

I'm guessing it's an Xnet issue as I can get to stuff.co.nz via one of the free public proxy servers, i.e. http://www.youhide.com, and type in stuff.co.nz in the dialog box...

It is still bloody not working.  According to the xnet website the issue is resolved and it impacts the torrent plan members.  I am not on torrent plan and they have no helpdesk after 8pm grrr

Hi everyone:

I've just got off the phone with Xnet helpdesk, and apparently there is a MTU size issue with one of their internal routers that is affecting this.  This problem is not specific to just users on the torrent billing option, but rather could be anyone with Xnet really.

They are looknig at addressing this now nad hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

Cheers!

Thanks for the update!

Would be nice if xnet's network status page was as informed as you are ;)

Got it sorted today.  Rang up the helpdesk and they reset my userid and it all burst back into life.
