Same, I was trying to hold a pile of calls through the train tunnels this morning and was thinking I had some major problem at my end, I ended up using 444.

MYA has been doing some funky stuff for the last two days for SMS, web and voice.

They seem to have probs alright...I have been unable to 'top-up' using a prepay voucher since midnight last night...and Customer services guy said all would be fixed in an hours time, only problem is, that was at 8am this morning and now it's 1pm and I still can't top up.  You'd think if they were smart they would let people know that there was a problem either on their website or with some recorded message on the 777 number instead of letting people like me get frustrated and consider other providers...lol

Ha at least you were able to talk to them

Im on account you see and I was trying to talk to them maybe they can top up my friend's prepay number

I call 777.Press 0 and then press 1 .It asked me for my pin follow by the hash key.I type it in follow by the hash.It makes a call sound then the female computer voice said "Thank you for calling vodafone goodbye" and the call hangs up

So i try again this time just pressing the hash key.The female computer voice again says " Thank you for calling vodafone goodbye"

I had to ring using my landline for it to work and the guy ask me for my pin number.Whats the point of validating your pin when your ask to validate your pin?

Vodafone don't promote this yet - but they do post some Network issues at the Vodafone forum.

It's good to also use the RSS feed that they provide from this.

Ha...I think I can beat that...  I had Zero balance on my prepay,  I got through and entered the Prepay voucher number to top up, then nothing happened...then I get a message saying that I should speak to a customer service representative...then I get a message saying that I cannot speak to a customer service representative because of insufficient credit on my prepay account.....AHHHH HANG ON...I was there to top up in the first place wasn't I.....Reaching for the telecom mobile...

Yes. How hard could it be to put a message saying that topups aren't working rather than people trying continually and not knowing why it fails?

Check here    http://forum.vodafone.co.nz/   then look in Network issues
