Been trying to call TC techies this morning as there seems to be an outage on international traffic...

Everything was fine up to the:

Average time to answer calls is approx. 30min.............then another voice comes in and thanks us for calling and tells me all technicians are with ustomers and that I need to call back later......then

disconnect
