Quite some time ago I was with WxC and had a Linksys/Cisco SPA2102 provisioned by them for calls. I'm wanting to sell the SPA2102 so thought I'd set it back to factory defaults. However, I don't have an analog phone and don't know the admin password which is the only other way I can carry out the factory reset. I'm assuming when it was auto provisioned the admin password would have been set by WxC? Any ideas?

You will need an analogue phone to reset it.

I'm pretty sure their provisioning created a unique password for each device.

My first ever AM radio network connection was with a 1MHz AM crystal(OA91) radio receiver.

I just dug my old SPA2102 out of my junk box... There is no reset switch...

The links I found above are obviously no good.... unless there were different models of SPA2102...

Came across one of those links prior to posting but like you, found there's no physical reset switch/pin option. Will have to hunt down an analog phone to borrow.
