My Everyday Home plan is about to expire. I assume I can just roll it over. Last year I spent countless time on the phone

and want to avoid it this time. Can anyone advise the best way to achieve this. I would have thought that Vodafone would be aware

of the expiry and advise accordingly, or am I expecting too much.?

I would suggest (if you haven't already) to live chat them with your question, they will be able to advise.

My guess is that your existing plan would just rollover but it might not be the best value anymore.

Call and ask for the Retention team. Go over options but make sure ask for offer in writing via email. Saves any little "issues" later :)
