Hi all,

Since about 3:30 this afternoon we've had serious issues with wireless broadband here Mt Albert. I've rebooted the router and wile I can access the internet the signal strength on the modem is low, hovering on 2 bars out of 5 where most of the time it's on 4 or 3 at the lowest. Is there something happening out there I should know about? I see on https://downdetector.co.nz/status/vodafone/ there were reported issues peaking around 3:30 p.m. Any other insights?

Thanks.

Strange, minutes after this post the signal strength has jumped to 4 bars. 🧐 I'm always intrigued when computers mend themselves.

Have you checked the Vodafone community for any planned upgrades in the area?

I did, but couldn't see anything in particular nor could I remember my user name to leave a message in the community forum.

Problem sorted. Thanks
