I purchased a VTV box before the end of May and recall having a voucher under the special offers section on the VTV portal. I just went to activate the offer and it is no longer appearing in the portal. Looking the T&Cs below there is no reason why it should have disappeared as I should have until 15.06.2020 to redeem it. Anyone have any ideas?

Yep, when I logged into Vodafone TV page couple months ago there was a voucher number there.

Sure it had till end of June, but when logged in 31st May no longer there, under the deals tab though there was 2 months free Sky Movies if purchased start up so I took that up. Rather pay a bit more and get full Dolby Digital even though less content then what new Light Box will be.

Perhaps because Lightbox content will merge with Neon on July 7, and the lightbox brand move to Spark?
