Hi GZers!

I've been helping my grandparents out with a few things - they're getting on in age you see. They're also on Vodafone prepay, and are asking me how to top up their vodafone accounts via SMS with a prepay voucher because they can't understand how to use the My Vodafone app. Myself, being on Spark postpay can't answer that, and all of vodafone's help articles on this have seemingly got lost to time.

Does anyone still possess this information?

Load a Prepay recharge voucher to Top Up my credit - send your voucher code - to 887.

There's also:

Top Up by TXT

Ensure you have registered a Credit Card in My Vodafone
TXT TMU and the dollar amount e.g. TMU 30 (for a $30 Top Up) to 867
Follow the prompts

Only because I was answering this question for a relative of my own the other day.... it's a shame this isn't easier to find, Vodafone's main site only suggest the option about loading a card in My Vodafone to then text to top up from it.
