Hi there

We have a main pilot number that goes to our Vodafone One Business Auto attendant,  off this there is a separate number that handles our faxes to a physical fax machine.

We want to divert the fax number to our Rightfax server and get rid of the physical fax machine, however I have been told you cant do this?

We want to keep our main number, would the only solution be to get a new fax number setup separate to our main pilot number?

Thanks

I don't know anything about Rightfax, but there are other solutions that allow a fax number to go to an email service and vice versa.

Do you send faxes or just receive?

How many?

We have a Rightfax server in Aussie and company wants to utilise that instead of paying for another service.

Mainly just receive, Id say 10-20 faxes per day

I'm not sure how many people would be familiar with Rightfax. I'm not, but if it's about keeping costs down, then you'd be hard-pressed to beat (I believe) $4+GST per month for a Fax line with Hero. That would include incoming faxes, with outbound faxes charged at a per-minute rate with bundles available.
