I have referred a friend to Xnet back in June but I haven't yet received the credit from the program.
We did the online application together around the 27-28th of June, there was a field that asked for the referrer's name and phone contacts which I've included. The application has since been processed and he remains an Xnet customer today.
I've followed through other forum topics concerning this problem and it has been repeatedly stated that the maximum period should be 3 months if not less. I have been waiting patiently for the credit to come but nothing seems to be happening to this day.
Could a friendly staff member please look into this for me? I can provide you our account details such as user names and phone number.
