Hi,
I've been using VFX through Asterix (Trixbox) for quite a few months, and the other day I asked XNet to cancel my other line (I had two accounts, one setup as asterix and the other via a provisioned PAP2t ), and this morning I'm getting "All circuits are busy" when I try to dial out on my TrixBox setup.  From the logs I'm getting a SIP Response of 604 (Does not exist anywhere).  What does that error message actually mean?

Cheers

Matthew

604 is typically not registered. My initial guess would be that the Asterisk account has been disabled by WxC.

Does your PAP2T still work?

Hello this happens to me all the time,

some times I wake up in the middle of the night and I have no phone, I reset the device and nothing. I wait several hours and its fine.

I suspect that the vfx server isnt entirly reliable

There are no issues with the VFX service. If resetting the device fixes the problem then it pretty much indicates it's an issue with the hardware you are using.

My VFX phone line also dies quite regularly. Restarting doesn`t bring it back, patience it the only thing that brings it back. First I thought restarting my PC was making a difference, but that was just a fluke once.

The PAP2t still doesn't work, but I have just received an email from XNet with my asterix settings again, so I'll check them, and see if there is anything there different.
