Did you plug you computer/laptop in to the LAN port of this device? That is the only way you can access it.

are you plugged in to the lynksys directly as mentioned above?

if you are then try this in the dos box 'ipconfig /release' then 'ipconfig /renew' while plugged in to the device's LAN port

You IP address above tends to indicate you are plugged into a D-Link router, not the SPA, as the SPA should assign you a 192.168.0.x IP address.

ADSL router --->  WAN SPA3102 LAN ---> PC

if you have done all the above and still no access then that would indicate that you've got bugs if you can get access to the net get a trial version of nod32 and do a good cleanup.

I'm sure that I plugged it correctly as I accessed to the device before without any problems.

OK, lets start from the beginning; 1st I assume this is a WxC provisioned SPA3102 running a VFX line?

1. power off ADSL router, SPA3102, PC/laptop, and if you have wireless on PC/Laptop disable too
2. Connect only the SPA3102 into ADSL router using ethernet cable from SPA "Internet" port, to a port on ADSL router
3. Connect ethernet cable from SPA3102 "Ethernet" port, to PC/Laptop port
4. Do not connect or power on any other PC's
5. Power on ADSL router & wait for DSL sync
6. Power on SPA3102 & wait for phone to register
7. Power on PC/Laptop (remember, make sure it does not connect via wireless)
8. Once PC/Laptop is up and running, see if you can now access SPA3102

If the above does not work, then the SPA may be setup up in non router mode, thus not passing out it's own IP addresses. Let me know how you go, as the next step would be to factory reset the SPA3102.

To factory reset:

1. plug a handset in to VoIP port
2. dial **** then 73738# then 1
3. Hangup & wait 20sec
4. repeat my previous procedure to access web interface

Hope that works.

IMPORTANT: this wipes the VFX config, you will need to manually re-enter the profile rule (below) to reprovision the SPA3102.
