Last month I did some testing to 2talk's SIP service from one of our PBX systems.  We are on TelstraClear billing here  so I would have assumed that these calls would have been billed  as normal mobile calls but to my surprise I got a $45 bill for these calls using some old Callpluss acount we had years ago which  has not been used for about 5 years. Does TelstraClear use Callplus as a interconnect for some traffic ??

Perhaps you need to request a tolls win-back. That's quite odd :>

Very weird - I'm interested to know the outcome of your investigation - $7 for a local DDI may as well :)

Weird that call plus bill you, however I believe 2talk is owned by CallPlus.  I ported my number to '2talk', however it is shown as ported to Callplus in the portability database etc...

Cheers
