i sincerely hope that someone from XNET read this

since the 1st of november i have had connection issues with my internet. since the 1st i have called xnet numerous times to enquire about what is happening and where the problem may be? still i have nothing

after calling many times i have found myself nowhere but in a position where i no longer want xnet as an ISP.

with my connection i use the VFX service so no internet means no phone. this also is a problem. i am now in a routine of coming home, unpack bag put dinner on and the ring xnet.

another problem i have is explaining the problem and having the call centre person being sarcstic, after having no internet and phone for 9 days one does get annoyed and this is the last thing a customer wants to hear

if someone from xnet does read this please PM me, i want to stay with XNET but this is ridiculous (come on 9 days!!!)
