Hello,

We have implemented Vodafone TxtMail services all going well but we would like to pay for the incoming text messages.
Basically sending out messages from Outlook is charged to our account by default, but I wanted the reply text to be charged to our account as well. Is this possible? Could one of the Vodafone experts answer this please?

I'm sick of chasing the account manager!

My guess would be that the only way you could do this would be to get a shortcode which can be zero rated by VF and then charged to you by the service provider. It would end up being a rather expensive solution depending on the number of messages you are talking about.

Thanks, we have a dedicated domain for this Txtmail where Vodafone routing txtsmails to & from, so there is a possibility Vodafone can do this without having other fancy settings.

Simple answer is no, if you want to do this you will need to utilise a 3rd party SMS partner. TXT mail was primarily designed for intra-company messaging using email as the originating platform. Each reply would incur a std TXT cost.
