I've never complained much about Xnet's performance and pretty much accepted that at certain times it's kinda useless - ah well, what the heck. However, tonight is a special case. Everything has pretty much slowed to a crawl, including accessing Xnet's own website! Sites within NZ, eg. Trademe, GZ, etc. are also at a crawl pace.

Finally managed to get to Xnet's website and ran their speedtest - download 58kbps, upload 55kbps, ping time 5590ms! What the...?????

Is anyone else experiencing this on xnet? I can't see any network issues listed on their website, nor can I get hold of their tech support after 8pm.

Perhaps you should change the subject on this thread too. Something like "Doh" instead?

Nothing against the subject, but seriously people won't have any idea of the topic by reading it in the forum list, so it's probably less likely to get responses...

Thanks - I discovered that after persevering with the slow speeds.
