Hi

I'm on Fusion & would like to know if there is any way to block outgoing toll calls? I can't find any setting for this on MyVFX.

Thanks

All 0900 numbers are blocked, but I do not think normal national toll calls can be blocked.  Reason why I think so is because if I dial a number just outside my toll free area then I do not have to include the area code even though it is not in my toll free area.  But I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

you might like to take that up by contacting them with the email link. I emailled them on another matter and I got a response within a few days. It would be quite handy to have.

I'm not worried about 0900, I just want to be able bar toll calls. The VFX system can identify them (via billing) so I can't see why there isn't somewhere to control access to those numbers. I will email the help desk if I don't find out for sure from here.

You have to pay for call restrictions, there are 3 available, national, international and mobiles at $5 each per month.
