Hey folks,

I'd like for one of my VFX lines to forward calls to voicemail based on a schedule (i.e. out of office hours). I have the advanced feature pack and have options for selective rejection - which almost does what I want, but it plays the caller a message saying 'the party is not accepting calls at this time' rather than hitting voicemail.

Have I missed this option somewhere or am I out of luck for now?

Yea, it's a pity the selective call acceptance / rejection just gives a "get lost" message, rather than option to send them VM. But, yes you can setup a time schedule & use call forwarding selective.

Setup a time schedule for the times you don't want calls
Enable call forwarding selective for "all calls" & for the time schedule you setup, and forward to: 082210 (VM number).

I use this for my home biz line, so all after-hours calls go straight to VM

No problem. The only downside here is there's no flexibility to accept certain calls that you want to, but if that's not an issue then this work around is great!
