Lately any incoming calls to my VOiP/landline take about 5 or 6 seconds to actually connect before the caller can talk to me, viz. phone rings, I pick up and say "Hello" for ages, and eventually the caller comes online.

Calling out has no problems at all.

Anyone experiencing this?
