Have just been migrated to vtv box, kept my existing sky package but now that we’re unlimited we may want to look more closely at streaming options. If I redeem the free mesh units, I understand I have to stay on my current HFC plan for 1 year (or is it 2?) but could I drop Sky channels without penalty?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks Eva888.
So that tells me how to remove a channel and and how/when billing will be adjusted but if removing the bundled Sky service results in a change in my arrangement with Vodafone is it a contract change?
If it was unbundled you’d be free to change your Sky subscription because it’s self managed and not charged through Vodafone but unfortunately that’s not my case so would like to be sure.

Hi there!

You won't need to keep SKY - contracts will only be affected, and you'd be charged for the remainder of the SuperWiFi balance if you change or cancel your broadband.

Thanks,
Michael
